How do I know the condition of a machine before buying?
Every machine in our inventory comes with a detailed 50-point inspection report, high-resolution photos, and video. Grade A–C ratings reflect real conditions documented by our engineers.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer FOB, CIF, and door-to-door options. Machines can be shipped via container, RORO vessel, or flat rack. We handle all export documentation and can assist with import customs.
Can I inspect the machine before purchase?
Yes. You’re welcome to visit our yard in Yokohama, or we can arrange third-party inspection through SGS, BV, or another surveyor of your choice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T wire transfer, LC at sight, and for repeat clients, deferred payment arrangements. A 30% deposit secures the machine; balance before shipping.
Do you offer any warranty?
We offer an optional 90-day powertrain warranty on Grade A machines. Extended warranty packages are available. Details included in each machine listing.
How long does delivery take?
Transit times vary by destination: SE Asia 7–14 days, Middle East 15–25 days, Europe 25–35 days, Americas 30–45 days. We provide tracking throughout.
